However, we realized that bad people use our site to upload fictitious ads and try to extort money. We recommend extreme caution vis-à-vis the following cases, it is most certainly scams:

• The property is for sale abroad (England, Italy, Germany, Ivory Coast ...) and the "so-called" seller offers to ship the property to test before purchase subject to a deposit . Beware, the property is likely to never reach you.
• The "so-called" seller pretends to our Customer Support website and certify to potential buyers that the site has monitored the quality of the property for sale, the veracity of the information and documents provided by the seller. Systematically refuse any payment of money that you would be asked the name of our site. We intervene in any way as an intermediary or trusted third party in transactions between buyers and sellers.
• You just received an email notifying you that your account will be suspended. This email does not come in any of our services. This is a phishing attempt, be careful and do not send your bank details.
• The payment of the property you want to buy can be done by money order or Western Union? These payment methods are not secure and may well be fake. We recommend you to use more secure means of payment.
